I was born and raised on the west coast of the United States.  I moved to Oregon when I was younger and can't imagine living anywhere else.  I raised three kids on my own and have been writing since I was old enough to hold a pencil.

With the indie publishing of my first book, Wizard of Time (Book One, Chasing History), I feel that as a writer I had reached a milestone in my life.  Do I continue writing or try something else?  Writing won out and I have been going nuts ever since. 

I love to write and read.  I especially love the interaction between fellow Indie writers and their enthusiasm for the art.  I have one children's book published and am waiting on illustrations for a second. Defender of Time, the next book in the Chasing History series, has been out for about 4 months with number 3, and the final one, due out the end of this year. 

I am founder of Paper Mustang (www.papermustang.com) an Indie review site, currently hold the 8,444 reviewer spot on Amazon, maintain an Author blog (bysueowen.blogspot.com) and work full time.
